Nostalgic and fun. I got this for my 4 year old niece and she LOVED it. It's great for practicing turn taking, and It doubles as accessories for kids who love the glam. It made me remember my own childhood memories. The jewelry is just as I remembered It and nice and thick. Easy, cute, darling game

Love it. I played this game as a kid in the 90's and now I'm playing it with my kids! My 5 year old daughter received it as a birthday gift, but her 7 and 3 year old brothers love playing it with her too lol. My older boy doesn't like to put on the jewelry, but he still likes to play and just collects his in a pile. It's perfect for the littles because it's easy to understand they can play it completely independently. Obviously the jewelry is cheap plastic, but it has held up well through lots of play so far. So glad this game is still around for my pretty pretty princess to enjoy as much as I did. :)

I had this growing up and absolutely loved it so when I saw a chance to get it for my daughter I got it and she loves it as well only downside is we keep losing pieces

Such nostalgia! I didn't have this game as a child, but one of my best friends did, which made it extra desirable that I could only play it when over her house. As a true child of the 90's, when I saw they were bringing this game back, I had to gift it to my 4yo niece for Christmas so she could live the dream. She loved it and we played it many times over Christmas, with adults and other kids alike, all having a good time.

This is such a fun little game, especially for princess lovers! I have many memories of playing this game as a little girl and am so enjoying making fun memories now playing with my little girl. Game is very easy to learn and fun to put on all the jewelry. It comes with earrings, bracelet, rings, necklace in every color and of course the crown.

originally bought the disney version for my eldest kid, lost all the pieces, than bought a new one for my youngest kid... they now both play the heck out of this thing! my eldest (19) even brings her high school friends to play, & they have a blast, along with her sister (7)... you can't go wrong with a simple & easy game of trying to get the "all powerful crown" - perfect for some good laughs for everyone in the family!

About Pretty Pretty Princess
Pretty Pretty Princess is a classic children's board game that has delighted families for decades through imaginative play, color, and simple shared fun. The game was originally created in 1989 by designer Elizabeth Pacza at the Chicago-based studio Meyer/Glass Design, Ltd., with the goal of combining accessible gameplay and dress-up fantasy for young players.
First released in 1990 by Western Publishing Group, the game quickly established itself as a favorite for children aged four and up. Its distinctive concept - collecting colorful costume jewelry while moving around a bright gameboard - set it apart from traditional roll-and-move games. With no reading requirements and minimal counting, Pretty Pretty Princess was designed to be inclusive, intuitive, and social.
In 1994, the rights were acquired by Hasbro as part of its purchase of Western Publishing's games division. Under the Milton Bradley brand, the game became a recognizable staple in toy shops and family homes. Over time, several themed editions were released, including licensed variants inspired by well-known fairy tale characters.
A New Chapter
After a period out of print, the game entered a new chapter in 2018 when Winning Moves Games USA licensed Pretty Pretty Princess from Hasbro. As the current publisher, Winning Moves has preserved the spirit and original gameplay of the classic 1990s edition, reintroducing it to a new generation while appealing to parents who remember the game from their own childhoods.
Today, Pretty Pretty Princess continues to stand for imaginative, screen-free play, encouraging children to interact, take turns, and enjoy light-hearted competition. Its enduring popularity reflects a simple but timeless idea: games can be easy to learn, joyful to play, and memorable enough to be passed down for generations.
